Native American Tribes Project
You will research a tribe from the U.S. and write a Report of Information.  In addition, you will work in a group to present the research in the form of a poster board, Powerpoint, or original website!
Make sure you include the following components to earn 100 points, which is an A+:
  • Name of Tribe (5 pts.)
  • Names of students in your scholarly collective (5 pts.)
  • 4 visuals (10 pts.)
  • Location of tribe, including a map of the region (5 pts.)
  • 4 topics of your choice such as housing, work, language, tradition, artifacts, etc. (40 pts.)
  • Bibliography--at least 3 different sources (5 pts.)
  • Creativity and neatness of poster, Powerpoint, or website (10 pts.)
  • Presentation to the class (20 pts.)

For extra credit, you may construct a model of the tribe's housing or a cultural artifact!!!
